Stacking the Shelves #16

Stacking the Shelves is a meme hosted by Tynga @ Tynga’s Reviews.

In this meme, I take the opportunity to share what books i’ve bought, won or received for review.

For review:  A few great titles from Harlequin arrived on my doorstep last week, one i’d heard of many times around the blogosphere- Alice in Zombieland- which i’ve really wanted to read.

Alice in Zombieland (White Rabbit Chronicles, #1)

I received an ARC of The Lost Prince which is the first book in the new Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa. I haven’t read her first series but i’ve heard a lot about it and these books have been on my wishlist for some time. It’s due for release in Australia in November, so it’ll be a little while before my review is up for this one.

The Lost Prince (The Iron Fey: Call of the Forgotten, #1)

And the second installment in Harlan Coben’s Mickey Bolitar YA mystery series, Seconds Away, arrived last week. I quite enjoyed the first book Shelter.

Coming up for review on the blog:

Stage Fright (Tara Sharp #3) by Marianne Delacourt

Forbidden by Nicola Cornick

The Last Man in Tower by Aravind Adaga

Silenced by Kristina Ohlsson

So, that’s me for the week. Now, what books have you added to your bookshelves this week?

  1. Unfortunately, I didn’t like The Lost Prince that much. It just…pales in comparison with Iron Fey series, and I found it hard to connect with the characters. :( But Alice in Zombieland! I forgot that I’m supposed to be reeallly anticipating it lol. I’ve heard so many good things about it so I’m excited. I hope you enjoy reading your books. Happy reading!
